One annual tune-up and essential inspection to ensure system performance and efficiency.
Parts & Labor Protection:
Full parts and labor coverage for furnace and air conditioning (valid if the system is still under OEM warranty).

No Diagnostic Fees:
$0 diagnostic fee for service calls.

Eligibility Requirements:
Membership must be maintained for at least 6 months to qualify for parts replacement.
Important Notes:
Preventive part replacement is not covered. Parts must fail to qualify for replacement.
Ineligible Systems:
Communication systems
Mini-split systems
Any systems used for commercial purposes
Repairs and Coverage:
This is a maintenance plan; major repairs are not covered.
More than one repair may be required per visit.
Refrigerant Services:
A minimum refrigerant leak test will be provided.
Any refrigerant added will incur an additional charge.
Waiting Period:
Covered repairs require a 10-day waiting period before activation, starting from the day of plan purchase.
